Ditecho provides the following services:

- AI Integration & Chatbot Development
All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or project contract agreed upon in writing before commencement.
4. Project Agreements & Payments
- All projects require a written agreement specifying scope, timeline, and payment terms.
- A minimum advance payment (as agreed) is required before project commencement.
- Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full and final payment.
- Scope changes after project commencement may incur additional charges.
- Payment schedules are as agreed in the project contract.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-developed code and assets created specifically for their project.
- Ditecho retains the right to use open-source libraries, frameworks, and tools as part of development.
- Ditecho reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the project contract.
- All pre-existing intellectual property of Ditecho (templates, components, utilities) remains the property of Ditecho.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner.
- Provide timely feedback during the development process.
- Ensure all provided content (text, images, logos) does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Ensure the final product is used lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Revisions & Changes
- The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at a standard hourly rate.
- Major changes in project scope after commencement may require a revised agreement.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Ditecho warrants that all work will be performed professionally and in accordance with agreed specifications.
- Ditecho does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, rankings, or results from delivered products.
- The AI chatbot on this website is provided "as-is" and responses may not always be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI responses for business decisions.
- We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or damages caused by third-party hosting, services, or APIs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ditecho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of the use of our services or website.
Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract.
- In case of termination, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in the project contract.

You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
- Use our AI chatbot to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content without permission.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
